The City of Los
Angeles currently offers various First Time Home Buyer
Programs for qualified owner occupied first time home buyer.

page 10. Depending on the program, qualifying criteria may include low,
medium or moderate high income based on number of household.
Additionally, priority is given for special Controlled Priced
Unit (CPU)*in Playa Vista and may be available to:
> First Time Home Buyers (No homeownership within the past 3 years
prior to purchase)

Community-service employees such as police officers,
firefighters, teachers and health
care workers
>
Principal workplace is within five miles of Playa Vista
*CPUs
are offered on a rolling basis and not always available. Name
of purchaser must be on a master list and does not guarantee
the purchase of a CPU. List and availability may have a long
waiting period. Before
visiting or officially signing
with any sales office, make Don Sanchez your
first choice.
